Park Homes Refurbishment
Many conventional coatings and even other ‘special Park Homes coating’s, give inferior service life when they are used for maintenance or refresher coatings on Park Homes in-situ. This is primarily due to their lower resin content and consequently their lower flexibility, crack bridging and durability in service
The technically advanced Everlac systems also block tannin staining (from the wood), reduce mould growth and dirt pick-up, plus they provide and retain their flexibility to prevent cracking due to weathering and thermal movement.
Unfortunately not all new Park Homes are coated with Everlac Park Homes Coating Systems and therefore they frequently need repainting and refurbishment well before the 10 year service life expectancy of Everlac materials
